My room was started to be built in 2016 around October and they completed the work in January 2017. The timing was reasonable due to the Fall / Winter rain and snow that delayed the work. The room is great!! I use it year round and it holds around 60 degrees in the coldest winter days. I did the insulation under and had the room completely sealed for any drafts where the walls have facings. I have not had any issues with the room in 5 years and continue to enjoy it year round.

When my husband suggested getting a sunroom, I went along with his idea. I never realized how much of our time we would spend in the room. We have enjoyed our beautiful four-season sunroom as a living room for almost five years now. There is nothing better than sitting in our glass room looking out into our backyard at weather and nature. Sean worked with us from the beginning of the project. His willingness to accommodate a couple changes in door layout during the install was very much appreciated. The install was done efficiently and the workers were pleasant and neat. Our roofer (unrelated to Central Mass Sunrooms) suggested waiting to roof the sunroom until our house needed a new roof in five-seven years. We recently had a little leaking due to separation of caulking that needed attention. Sean responded quickly and sent an employee to assess and recaulk. Thank you, Sean, for assisting us. We admire a business that supports its customers even after the project has been completed. I highly recommend Central Mass Sunrooms.

Central Mass Sunrooms built my three season room two years ago, it's incredible! Sean was honest and set the appropriate expectations with me starting with our first meeting. I just wish I would have done it 10 years earlier. I highly recommend them!

Our three season room was completed this year in early summer. We enjoy the new room very much. The work was done by very skilled workers with accuracy and very quickly. Any scheduling problems were communicated early and enabled us to adjust our plans. I would highly recommend this company.
