Shinko Servo Motor Drive SDD-N-20A7K50 connection with PC and Manual

I need to connect Shinko AC Servo Motor Drive SDD-N-20A7K50 with my PC and control its parameters using PC, I also need to display few parameters on my PC. I read the catalog on Shinko's website (https://www.sinfo-t.jp/eng/product_info/pdf/driver.pdf) where I read about some "PC Loader Software" which can be used to control the Drive, If there is any open source software which can be used to run it, please do tell me, I need to run it with PC for Testing purposes.

I also need the manual for Shinko AC Servo Motor Drive SDD-N-20A7K50.
